Simplicity. After having dealt with many very expensive CRM solutions, and having to work with their development teams to add functionality and custom features, experiencing a nightmare of glitches and losing track of important incidents - I was fairly certain that the old FileMaker or a notepad would be easier. I was absolutely stunned rigid when I started using TeamSupport. Everything was just there, and so was their service! I was impressed that they are accessible and stand behind this brilliant product though I rarely need any help.

The only thing I experience with TeamSupport which can be frustrating may not even be a TeamSupport issue. But sometimes when I am working fast and switching to different views or tickets it gets slow to refresh. There have been cases where I've had to just reopen a new browser window. Also, I think the Rating system for users may not be as effective as it could be. For instance, the user should have to categorize his issue.

Good Tech Support brings tremendous value to any Hi Tech company. Having a simple portal where the customer who is often agitated can feel comfortable submitting an issue, and get responsive solutions from the KB with the human touch is far more valuable than just sending them to an FAQ to dig around. Tracking these issues, flagging them and triaging them is a breeze. So is customizing fields, doing effective reports and tools to improve your service are all features I would not expect to be available for me to set up.

Several of our support technicians work off site with Team Support it allows all the technicians to review tickets and communicate in real time to find the best possible solution for our customers. In addition, we are able to pull reports based upon tags so that we can analyze the data quickly an efficiently.

They use a lot of mouse-over to view information on the client from within our support tickets. I wish that were handled a little differently because sometimes it doesn't work perfectly. They are in a growth spurt at the moment and some of the bugs reported are taking just a tad bit longer to get deployed.

I highly recommend TeamSupport to any business looking for true ticketing solution. TeamSupport has lowered our number of open tickets and our response time by providing an easy to use, cloud based support tool. I would recommend speaking with the TeamSupport staff first. They were wonderful in providing us best practices in setting up the system the way we needed it to work for us.

TeamSupport is a great solution. It provides very important and vital tools to have an organized help desk, in order to provide a great customer support service for your business or website. The software interface is really light and easy to use, allowing anybody to post tickets and even solve minor issues by themselves. Besides that, there are a lot of useful tools.

One thing I particulary don't like is that TeamSupport's system allows users to respond to tickets via email, but once you do that, the reply won't appear in the ticket entry - instead of that, the system "creates" another ticket entry within the email, so replies don't appear in both the ticket entry and the email. I think that's not good, but it's my opinion. Everything else works great.

Overall, TeamSupport is a good option if you need to build a support service for your website or business. It is far away from being the best, for sure, but it's a good option and you will probably get expected results. If you need more quality, check other options, the only difference is that you are probably going to pay more. So, if you want a software that works fine, try TeamSupport!

Team Support has done a excellent job providing reporting ability for users. May be advanced querying feature could have been provided more. I would prefer to have more strong sorting and filtering options on the screens. I feel most of the items that I ""dislike"" are really a lack of knowledge or skill to use the features that are available for the user.May be ,it can take some time for me to settle. Also I felt notification features could have been better"

TeamSupport Looking to keep customer satisfaction high. We have easy audit trail of who worked on what, quick search ability to look at past issues, and ability to pass the ticket to other employees to track and correspond with the customer effectively. This has been a helpful tool for our smaller-sized business to keep track of enterprise customers in a meaningful and helpful way. We also need a database of people who have entered tickets for each client, and this has allowed us to do this effectively. We can log time against each ticket and track that in our own internal system, and this has been helpful as we involve various employees on the project. We also don't have to share internal contact information/emails if we don't want to, keeping control over the flow of information and the pace at which we respond to issues. Being on a contract IT team we always had issues that would go unassigned or unanswered longer then we liked. With TeamSupport we are able to organize and assign issues to our team members instantly. We can keep track of not only quick problem tickets but ongoing projects that take days/weeks to complete. The self-built knowledge base is perfect. I love that I can type up an email with basic instructions and send it directly to the Team Support site to be filed into our Knowledge base system.

The interface wasn't as instinctive as I would like, but it has become much better over time. I find searching the on-line help a little difficult. The Reporting Area doesn't fully meet my requirements, however I am able to obtain the information I need through an integration with another platform. This unfortunately means I can't add these reports to my dashboard which would be useful.

TeamSupport helps us deliver better customer service and support to our customers. We are improving our relationships with our customers while also growing our business significantly. We looked at a lot of ticketing systems before settling on TeamSupport. Their responsiveness to our concerns and workflows are what sold us. We couldn't find another product out there that allowed for inline pasted images, which are integral to how we do support our customers. The folks at Team Support stepped up to ensure this would happen for us and we love it. Their support has been fabulous. They offer great, friendly service and we are pleased to be part of the family now.

TeamSupport is a business to business software that can be use as customer service provider. The core sections of TeamSupport are Complaint Management, Customer Experience Management, Customer Service Management, Help Desk Management and Issue Tracking Management. So you can get all those features under one umbrella. Interface of TeamSupport is excellent and easy to use.

The worst part about using TeamSupport is its price. It is costly when you are using it in small or medium firm. It is only suited for large organization. Also I have some bugs in Help Desk Management section. You cannot easily navigate between different pages. There are too many checks in Help Desk Management section which creates problems for new users.

I have been using TeamSupport since last 2 years. It is a perfect tool for Customer Service Management. Ticket Management system is best part about TeamSupport Application. You can Log a new ticket easily and this ticket will pass through whole life cycle until your problem get solved. We have been using this ticketing system in our Network department. Overall great efficient tool for large organization.

Team support makes it easy and convenient to customize it according to the brand's image. I have been using team support in managing my customer queries so that I can look after the business for further developments and in increasing my customers base. Only in keeping my current customers happy I can spend my time with the development activities otherwise I need to dig my heels for managing my business day today expenses.

Team support has its own platform errors starting with the tutorials since they aren't at the right place for locating and getting the help. And it's been hard to locate the customers with the same name since they aren't making any progress in differentiating or in identifying the duplicate accounts with the same information. So I couldn't able to locate the exact accounts with the names in the combinations with John, Smith, James etc.

If you prefer to subscribe to team support application then you need to go through their preface videos for learning more about their features which will differentiate your current activities by joining with them. They'll be always available to support you so it's better to use them wisely otherwise you can't able to manage the advent of the technology since team support is the easiest application one can use.

Just like any other good help desk software, with TeamSupport, you have a very decent tool for almost every type of organization that needs to set up a decent and functional help desk. I haven't had the chance to use their services for thorough testing, but what I can say is that I'm very satisfied with almost everything. If you want an easy-to-use, adaptable and above all, a decent piece of software for building your own help desk, then you should give these guys a shot!

Other than the fact that the user interface is not as intuitive as you would expect it to be, I still think TeamSupport is good, as far as all other services go - their help desk software was (and I hope it still is) useful. But overall, I think you can find quite a lot of better alternatives to these guys. At least I love how hard they work on adding new additions to the system itself.

Overall, I would have to say that TeamSupport is in fact an average piece of software for setting up your very own help desk. Like I said, the user interface is probably the only thing they should rework, because it doesn't look that great, and it should keep up with the competition. Still, I would like to recommend these guys, because although they're a 4 out of 5 for me, they are reliable!

The best part about this tool, TeamSupport, is that it gives you a way to visualize the needs of the customer that you need to highlight and prioritize the most. This results to an easy way to help and support them with the answers for their questions. Moreover, it is flexible that results to a smooth system configuration.

The worst part about this product is the updating of the tickets. Sometimes it is fast and sometimes it is a bit slow that will take your time. This product still needs testing when it comes to its capability to search. Also, it will be much of a great help if the status of the ticket are automatically updated.

If you are searching for a tool that can communicate effectively to customers then try and search for this tool. This is great for small to mid-size companies which can agree to take the manual update of ticket status. This is an easy and intuitive product that still needs few furnishing but is ready for combat in the business.

When using a software to provide a channel between your employees and your customers the most important thing is to keep them both satisfied and at the same time provide your employees with the tools they need to do that efficiently. Well, TeamSupport does that. With features like ticket tracking, live chat, customer alerts and many other TeamSupport surely gets the job done!

As far as drawbacks are concerned the one that comes to mind is the functionality one. It can be improved in many ways. It is not that it hinders you to work, but it can become more user friendly. A few bugs here and there and the loading time can also be improved.

TeamSupport is a reliable helpdesk software no matter how big or small the company. It is rather cheap to buy and offers a variety of services. The excellent ticketing system can be a real boost for your customer service department and as I stated previously it can fill the gap between your company and your customer.
