What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

When using a software to provide a channel between your employees and your customers the most important thing is to keep them both satisfied and at the same time provide your employees with the tools they need to do that efficiently. Well, TeamSupport does that. With features like ticket tracking, live chat, customer alerts and many other TeamSupport surely gets the job done!

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

As far as drawbacks are concerned the one that comes to mind is the functionality one. It can be improved in many ways. It is not that it hinders you to work, but it can become more user friendly. A few bugs here and there and the loading time can also be improved.

Overall Feedback

TeamSupport is a reliable helpdesk software no matter how big or small the company. It is rather cheap to buy and offers a variety of services. The excellent ticketing system can be a real boost for your customer service department and as I stated previously it can fill the gap between your company and your customer.
