What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

TeamSupport is a great solution. It provides very important and vital tools to have an organized help desk, in order to provide a great customer support service for your business or website. The software interface is really light and easy to use, allowing anybody to post tickets and even solve minor issues by themselves. Besides that, there are a lot of useful tools.

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

One thing I particulary don't like is that TeamSupport's system allows users to respond to tickets via email, but once you do that, the reply won't appear in the ticket entry - instead of that, the system "creates" another ticket entry within the email, so replies don't appear in both the ticket entry and the email. I think that's not good, but it's my opinion. Everything else works great.

Overall Feedback

Overall, TeamSupport is a good option if you need to build a support service for your website or business. It is far away from being the best, for sure, but it's a good option and you will probably get expected results. If you need more quality, check other options, the only difference is that you are probably going to pay more. So, if you want a software that works fine, try TeamSupport!
