I'm not sure what you mean by bandwidth, if referring to internet access TeamSupport is designed to run on the most popular browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If you are referring to personal bandwidth (ie time) then TeamSupport is a great solution because the built-in automation, customization, and self-service tools allow much greater efficiency with fewer resources.
