What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

Just like any other good help desk software, with TeamSupport, you have a very decent tool for almost every type of organization that needs to set up a decent and functional help desk. I haven't had the chance to use their services for thorough testing, but what I can say is that I'm very satisfied with almost everything. If you want an easy-to-use, adaptable and above all, a decent piece of software for building your own help desk, then you should give these guys a shot!

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

Other than the fact that the user interface is not as intuitive as you would expect it to be, I still think TeamSupport is good, as far as all other services go - their help desk software was (and I hope it still is) useful. But overall, I think you can find quite a lot of better alternatives to these guys. At least I love how hard they work on adding new additions to the system itself.

Overall Feedback

Overall, I would have to say that TeamSupport is in fact an average piece of software for setting up your very own help desk. Like I said, the user interface is probably the only thing they should rework, because it doesn't look that great, and it should keep up with the competition. Still, I would like to recommend these guys, because although they're a 4 out of 5 for me, they are reliable!
