What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

TeamSupport is a business to business software that can be use as customer service provider. The core sections of TeamSupport are Complaint Management, Customer Experience Management, Customer Service Management, Help Desk Management and Issue Tracking Management. So you can get all those features under one umbrella. Interface of TeamSupport is excellent and easy to use.

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

The worst part about using TeamSupport is its price. It is costly when you are using it in small or medium firm. It is only suited for large organization. Also I have some bugs in Help Desk Management section. You cannot easily navigate between different pages. There are too many checks in Help Desk Management section which creates problems for new users.

Overall Feedback

I have been using TeamSupport since last 2 years. It is a perfect tool for Customer Service Management. Ticket Management system is best part about TeamSupport Application. You can Log a new ticket easily and this ticket will pass through whole life cycle until your problem get solved. We have been using this ticketing system in our Network department. Overall great efficient tool for large organization.
