Work for Simple Asset Manager? Manage Profile
Jodie Byass | May 6, 2026
Simple Asset Manager uses AI-powered search and automated tagging to make assets findable by content and attribute — without depending on consistent manual naming conventions, folder structures or metadata entry.
When an asset is uploaded to Simple Asset Manager it is automatically analysed and tagged. The AI identifies content, colours, subjects, file type and other attributes, attaching structured metadata to the asset without requiring the user to manually enter tags or keywords. This makes assets searchable by what they contain, not just what they are named.
In a traditional shared drive or basic DAM, findability depends entirely on consistent human behaviour — every user must name files correctly, place them in the right folder and apply the right tags. In practice this rarely happens consistently, and large asset libraries become increasingly difficult to search as they grow. AI-powered search removes this dependency entirely, ensuring assets remain findable regardless of how they were named or organised at the point of upload.
