There is not much bad I can say about this extension, it really helps you to manage your e-mails and perspective customers. Maybe, there are some minor glitches, but they might be caused by anything. Sometimes it makes Gmail to become non responsive and pop ups do not close after closing them, but refreshing the page does the trick.
