Everything! I don't know where to start. It makes it so easy to sync your activities with Salesforce. You are able to add contacts very easily. In a single snapshot I can view all the necessary information for my client. The tracking feature is amazing as well. The new feature that I really like is the "Delayed Delivery" of emails. I can schedule them as to when I want them sent.

The main thing I dislike is that occasionally the connector fails, however, it is simple and fast to logout of Cirrus, reload Gmail, and that usually solves the issue. I am able to create better relationships with my clients and have the necessary information I need at my fingertips. The seamless integration with Gmail makes it so easy to send emails and generate follow-ups.

Cirrus makes it to log emails to Salesforce and to follow up to responded to emails. It's a great way to follow up with prospects as soon as they read or click links in your emails. Definitely like how it integrates directly with Gmail - makes visualizing what emails will be added to Salesforce super easy.
