Cirrus Insight

It's quite hard to point out the best part of Cirrus Insight because quite frankly, the software is just an average tool. Well, its ability to sync my gmail account with Salesforce is such a good innovation but I just don't think I'm getting the best of what I'm paying for. Although I feel like I have to give "kudos" to the team at least for making the syncing process very efficient and fast.

As mentioned, there's nothing really much to admire nor criticize about this tool. No "best" and no "worst" either. But there was I think 2 or 3 times during my test of this software when I was kicked out of the tool and I had to refresh my gmail account quite often to see the updates.

I think I would still need more time to go through this software and might need to re-visit this someday to see if it has improved in one way or another. As of now, I am jumping unto the next option in my list. Bottomline, the software has only shown an average performance, not surprising at all.
