What I like about using this software because its fast, efficient, very user friendly and compatible. And the customer service are such great they always quick to response with every concern you have. We can able to track our call and activity now simply. And most important is that we can able to trace other user abstain in the in the act of absence. And it is very easy to use and even beginners can make use of it with just a few training. And if end user is have a knowledge about Gmail and salesforce the continuation would be fast to take up. This software just great and easy to use.

I don't see any negative about Cirrus. All the features are useful, in fact this help a lot on me on my business. Though there are few that needs more improvements but I know that the people behind this software is aware of that. Great using this Cirrus. The customer service is very quick to response with very competitive price. I think this is awesome.

Cirrus is simple to install and it does not affecting the computer, lags , hanging or any shutting down. It is very nice to see and able to handle my whole gmail functions. It grows my output in fact that links with salesforce. With just easy to track different project connection that I can see who view my emails. Which for me is very essential. with that I can call them back. This software is a highly recommended to anyone out there.
