What was the best part about using Zoho CRM?
The set up is really easy, even people with little experience can manage it. The integration with Gmail or Outlook is strong as well as the integration with other Zoho products, the ability to transfer contacts from email inbox is very helpful. The overall performance is very positive, there has never been any downtime.
What would you change about your experience with Zoho CRM?
If implemented and integrated correctly, Zoho CMR is a functional system, however, its parts are somehow disconnected. There are more than 20 services available at Zoho, like Reports, Mail, Invoicing, etc, and you are to pay separately for the ones you need. When you add what you need, it can easily become quite expensive to use it. Also, the support leaves a lot to be desired.
Zoho CMR is a great flexible CMR tool for new businesses. It allows you to store all the necessary information and contacts in one centralized place. It's easy to use and straightforward, the implementation is a breeze, and the level of customization is very high. A mobile app is a great tool when on the go, it's very essential for us. I think, Zoho CMR is a perfect choice at the beginning. But once your business grows, it can quickly become too expensive to use Zoho as it consists of paid separate services of which you will need more and more. As there is a great competition in the market right now, so there are other software worth exploring if you are a mid- or a large scale organization.
