Zoho CRM

I am an HR Manager and have been using Zoho Suite for my company for last 3 years. As an HR company we do not require to handle a large volume of leads for our business and therefore, Zoho CRM's professional version has been our CRM of choice. It was referred to me by one of my clients who is into IT services. Earlier we were using Excel and Google Docs for storing all the information about the sales leads we were generating for our business. With Zoho CRM, it's easy for me as a business owner to search for the leads and see all the activities my Business Development team has been doing. Currently, we are using Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. Zoho Recruit serves as our main tool for HR services and Zoho CRM is used for managing leads for acquiring new business. Zoho offers me price advantage which no other CRM software could and it was very easy for me to switch from Excel to a cloud based solution. Now I don't have to wait for my sales team to come back and update me about their meetings, they simply update the lead in CRM and I can pull out the report in the evening. Another big advantage for our business is that we can track the pending follow-ups. Zoho CRM can be automated to send automatic notifications when a follow-up date has been reached. I have recently learned that they offer phone bridge integration as well and I'm currently talking to my client who oversaw the whole Zoho CRM implementation for integrating our Avaya calling solution with Zoho CRM.

There are not a lot of negatives that I can point about using Zoho CRM as we are a small company and the volume of data that we use is typically breeze for any CRM solution out there. The only drawback I would say is that it is difficult to get through the support team at times. The long waiting queue on the phone call can be frustrating for a non-technical person like me seeking help.

My biggest concern while choosing a CRM solution was that we are an HR company and, therefore, do not have a technical person in our team who will be handling CRM. However, with an easy learning curve, simple interface and robust features, we have come to love Zoho CRM for our business. For a small business seeking a cloud-based solution, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM.
