What was the best part about using Zoho CRM?
This customer relationship manager is for small to medium size to enterprise businesses in my opinion. It provides a customer lifecycle solution for managing marketing, sales, support and inventory in one dashboard. Sales departments benefit the most from the automation of sales tasks which saves time and streamlines organizational efficiency. This software allows sales teams to focus more on closing deals while Zoho CRM takes care of the administrative tasks. It also provides forms to use on your website for collecting lead information and will automatically populate inside the software. It definitely helps sales reps and team members with tracking contacts, leads and deals which saves more time for closing sales. The Zoho CRM data could also be utilized to follow up with current customers for upsell and cross sell opportunities. It also provides automation of marketing to plan effective activities, analyze leads & lead generation while measuring ROI of marketing and sales campaigns. The customer support area allows for company wide engagement of a support resolution center. The inventory management system helps integrate pre-selling & post-purchase activity within a single app. Tracking inventory procurement vendors is also possible with this CRM application. This platform works with your domain email server for optimal branding of sales and marketing campaigns. It's cloud based and can be accessed there is an internet connection via computer, tablet and mobile devices. With Zoho CRM team members can work together easily with updated contact, lead and deal information and work as a team generating and tracking, managing and analyzing the entire sales pipeline. Sales teams can view leads which are listed with contact information using search filters such as: converted leads, unread leads, today's leads, my leads and all open leads. Importing leads into this customer relationship management software from an Excel spreadsheet is easy and assign them accordingly to specific sales team members. The dashboard task tab shows tasks which need attention while sales reps can enter the task directly and contact the prospect. It be removed once the task is complete. It has a meeting manager with notifications that you can convert into a contact. Workflows automate ongoing tasks by assigning actions which are triggers of any event such as sending email or a new lead added. You can integrate your business email to share info with existing team members and leads currently in the system including follow ups and also connect seamlessly with Quickbooks, PhoneBridge, Office and Outlook. Developers can extend Zoho CRM using their API to integrate data into other software.
What would you change about your experience with Zoho CRM?
Zoho is a basic but comprehensive CRM software system. Other components which are included with other CRM's are available as with additional Zoho paid services. Their would be a learning curve for an entire sales team to become very efficient. Not that a day or two of training is not worthwhile, it's simply that I've seen more intuitive options during my research. I have not tested the customer support and cannot speak to it's quality directly. But by some accounts it's not consistently great so definitely test it to know prior to investing.
Overall Feedback
For managing the lifecycle of a customer under one roof Zoho CRM meets the needs of most businesses. The integrations are good and the ability to BCC with the CRM is also key in my opinion. By all accounts the software uptime, security and performance is solid. The pricing is competitive and reasonable. There is a quality feature set included with each of their plans. I like using workflows that automate tasks according to my team's specific needs. Overall with the free trial to test whether it's the right system for your business needs and considering the reasonable cost, there's value in this CRM to help grow your team's efficiency and bottom line. It's not my favorite CRM on the market but it is very good in my opinion.
