Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM offers a million of fields to fill in data. I find it useful for detailed tracking your customers and prospects. I like its layout and functionality. It is also customizable and easy. In comparison to other solutions it provides much more options. Everything you need like leads, opportunities, companies, contact persons, complaints and e-mails are very easy and quick to create and find in a very flexible way. In my opinion it is very important powerful customization, views and macros. It provides many features that are free and many others that require a very modest investment like linking to QuickBooks or Outlook.

I think there is lack of interface between some of the modules. It happened to me some technical defects. I can’t say that customer support is always available. I had sent them an email and waited for response. I found it doesn't seem to be a way to sort the order of email template groups, which is inconvenient. I bother sync issue with the smart phone. It takes too long as well as update. On top of all, I don’t like some inconsistencies like closing email window loose unsaved email contents without warning. In accordance to solution is made up of modules it seems some data did not carry across modules which made for duplicate data entry. Another drawback is that the software doesn't allow easy design of an email with photos and illustrations.

I recommend it for mail merge email templates. If you are considering this product, take the short trainings so you can see if it meets your requirements and expectations. It can solve most of your business issues and the price is more than fair. Even if you are not so satisfied with it as a solution for sales and marketing automation, you can use it for a database purpose.
