What was the best part about using LiveEngage?
LiveEngage is the business messaging program from the global business messaging company LivePerson . As you would expect from a stalwart company like LivePerson, LiveEngage is an elegant, yet powerful mobile business messaging solution with an attractive, easy to use interface. I really liked LiveEngage’s focus on “Committed Response Time” and how my customers can self-rate the urgency of their requests; allowing me an easier way to gauge priorities, respond within our mutually acceptable time-span, and maintain our strong business relationships.
What would you change about your experience with LiveEngage?
I can’t help getting distracted by external stimuli (e.g., sights, sounds, vibration, wind, elephants, earthquakes, etc.). A cell phone ring or an email ding on my mobile can easily erode my current focus; especially if the person I am with is “attending” to other concerns at the expense of our dialogue. To be honest, I often feel people like that are behaving rather rudely. But short of turning my phone or mobile totally off, I wish there was an easy way to go into a sort of “planned, personal stealth mode” and have the capability to simply schedule LIveEngage to automatically exercise another channel or method of alert during those times.
On the whole, LiveEngage works for me, my customers, and enables us both to thrive in the lightning-fast media and communications industry.
LiveEngage’s powerful, reliable, and comprehensive business messaging capabilities will strengthen business relationships and have a positive impact on any firm’s viability and profits. In regards to B2B and B2C relationships, sometimes all it takes is a quick response, just a little sign that a customer is not being ignored, that can make or break a deal. LiveEngage does this and much more.
