Two things: First, ease of use. It is very good for a product that offers a lot of functionality and flexibility. Second would be the company’s support staff. They helped us make the software an asset for the company, not just a tool.

We would highly recommend Commence CRM. The combination of robust functionality, ease of use and a great support staff has help us streamline how we market, sell and provide service to our customers.

Our company started using a popular basic out of the box CRM solution for a small group of 7 people, but we discovered after just a few months that the product was not really customizable and the reporting was very poor. We switched to Commence CRM and have been very pleased with the products flexibility and the customer support has been excellent.

Nothing at this time - some limitations with integration to third party products but I suspect this is the same as other offerings at this price point.

Overall a very good company and product that offers more functionality then the real low end CRM solutions and is still very easy to use and affordable.

Great set of functionality that rivals enterprise products that cost a whole lot more. Very quick implementation and can be easily tailored in minutes by your system administrator. Very easy to use product, our sales team adopted it right out of the gate and like using it. Excellent reporting both text and graphical. Service has also been very good. The people we deal with have a great deal of experience and have helped us get even more value from the product. Commence CRM should be on your short list of vendors.

None to report - we selected Commence CRM after reviewing several other products some cheaper with less functionality and some more expensive. In the end we felt Commence met our requirements for our group of 12 users. We got the level of functionality we wanted at a price point we could afford. We are very happy with our decision.

Very good reliable and fast product with good service. What can I say that I have not already stated above. We use it for lead management, sales management and customer service. This company has also been around for 20 years which also gave us a comfort factor and the cost is very fair. I recommend Commence CRM without reservation.

There is no bad part in using Commence. As a third party re-seller I would like to see more integration to other third party products but you cannot integrate to everybody. As stated I have been selling this product for 12 years and have build a large customer base that runs their business on Commence CRM. Service is also very good.

Perfect for groups of 5 to 50 users that simply need more functionality and support then basic low level products provide. Commence also provide free updates and enhancement every year keeping the product fresh.

There is no bad part of working with Commence - 90% of the staff has been with the company for more than a decade so that tells you something about working for the company. Long hours however and it not unusual for the support staff to take calls at late hours. Company could do a better good with marketing and name recognition as we are not as well known as other CRM products.

A good company and a good place to work and customers always confirm and appreciate the high level of service they receive.

We were interested in the project management application because they were one of the few CRM vendors that offered it but the functionality of this specific application was very basic and did meet meet our needs. It is apparently being improved in the near term so we may take another look at it.

Very pleased with our decision. We looked at several products and found Commence CRM to offer the functionality we needed at a fair price point. We have 10 users and hope to add a few more in the customer service department. Commence CRM has a customer service application that we can add at any time and that is fully integrated with the other CRM applications.

The ability to build a true relational CRM system to fit our internal processes instead of being forced to work the way software companies want us to work. As our business has changed over the past 20+ years, we have been able to keep the same Commence software and modify it quickly and cheaply to suit our business. In addition in this ever growing world of Cloud based systems, it is so nice to still have a system that can be used with all functionality when offline, but then updates the other users as soon as communications are restored.

Although Commence can be used away from the office, and synchronises over the web, it would be nice if it had a true browser interface for tablets and smartphones. Although for business, we carry a PC or Windows Tablet with us at all times, on those "off duty" times it would be nice to be able to use my android phone or tablet to access the system. But I am willing to forego this for all the other benefits Commence offers.

Commence is not very well known despite it being around a long time but it is one of the very best CRM solutions if you really want a good CRM solution for your business. The CRM market is flooded with software offerings and it tends to be those with big marketing budgets that get known more, that is the commercial world we live in. But every now and again a bright star shines through and plays the big boys at their own game and can win. If you want a generic CRM system go and buy something else. But if you want a true CRM system that will tangibly benefit your business and last a long time, then Commence has to be on your shopping list. We have no intention of changing.

Commence CRM offers a robust set of functionality that you can only get from much more expensive programs like SF.com. Despite the robust functionality this CRM software is easy to use. We use it for lead management, sales pipeline management and project management.

There is no worst part of using Commence CRM. Like any CRM system you have to take the time to enter data and produce quality reports.
