What was the best part about using Commence CRM?

Product offers a lot of functionality and is very easy to use. It provided our company with a structure for qualifying and managing leads and the sales process. Reporting is excellent both text based, ad hoc and graphical. We simply could not do this before. Customer service has been very good. They always pick up the phone and assist you right away. We switched from another CRM solution and we are happy we did. I highly recommend Commence CRM.

What would you change about your experience with Commence CRM?

Nothing at this time. As indicated we feel we make the right choice with this company and product. We were interested in the project management application because they were one of the few CRM vendors that offered it but the functionality of this specific application was very basic and did meet meet our needs. It is apparently being improved in the near term so we may take another look at it.

Overall Feedback

Very pleased with our decision. We looked at several products and found Commence CRM to offer the functionality we needed at a fair price point. We have 10 users and hope to add a few more in the customer service department. Commence CRM has a customer service application that we can add at any time and that is fully integrated with the other CRM applications.
