Commence CRM

I am a reseller of this product and my clients just love it. Many of them have tried the low cost basic programs but found them very limited. The interesting thing is that they tried these low cost or free products because they were unsure what they needed. After using them for 3-4 months they found out they needed some flexibility to customize the product along integration to MS Outlook, an integrated calendar, flexible reporting, bulk e-mail and more and Commence CRM has it at an affordable cost. In addition the company has been in business for 20 + years so there is certainly a comfort factor in doing business with them.

There is no bad part in using Commence. As a third party re-seller I would like to see more integration to other third party products but you cannot integrate to everybody. As stated I have been selling this product for 12 years and have build a large customer base that runs their business on Commence CRM. Service is also very good.

High quality feature rich product that is a perfect alternative to higher priced products like Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics. Must easier to use with flexible pricing. Perfect for groups of 5 to 50 users that simply need more functionality and support then basic low level products provide. Commence also provide free updates and enhancement every year keeping the product fresh.
