Commence CRM

The ability to build a true relational CRM system to fit our internal processes instead of being forced to work the way software companies want us to work. As our business has changed over the past 20+ years, we have been able to keep the same Commence software and modify it quickly and cheaply to suit our business. In addition in this ever growing world of Cloud based systems, it is so nice to still have a system that can be used with all functionality when offline, but then updates the other users as soon as communications are restored.

Although Commence can be used away from the office, and synchronises over the web, it would be nice if it had a true browser interface for tablets and smartphones. Although for business, we carry a PC or Windows Tablet with us at all times, on those "off duty" times it would be nice to be able to use my android phone or tablet to access the system. But I am willing to forego this for all the other benefits Commence offers.

Commence is not very well known despite it being around a long time but it is one of the very best CRM solutions if you really want a good CRM solution for your business. The CRM market is flooded with software offerings and it tends to be those with big marketing budgets that get known more, that is the commercial world we live in. But every now and again a bright star shines through and plays the big boys at their own game and can win. If you want a generic CRM system go and buy something else. But if you want a true CRM system that will tangibly benefit your business and last a long time, then Commence has to be on your shopping list. We have no intention of changing.
