What was the best part about using Commence CRM?

Commence CRM offers a robust set of functionality that you can only get from much more expensive programs like SF.com. Despite the robust functionality this CRM software is easy to use. We use it for lead management, sales pipeline management and project management.

What would you change about your experience with Commence CRM?

There is no worst part of using Commence CRM. Like any CRM system you have to take the time to enter data and produce quality reports.

Very happy with the product and the companies customer service, its been excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
