What was the best part about using Zendesk?
Zendesk provides one of the best help desk services worldwide. You can easily customize tickets using macros, custom fields. One interesting feature is that you have the ability to create forums, and users can participate and request help there. They also have macros that allow you to define your business flow. Another interesting feature I like is their monthly report. And last but no least, their customer support works quickly and was really helpful.
What would you change about your experience with Zendesk?
It's really hard to find negative spots about Zendesk, but I would say that one thing I don't like is that you cannot have two different chats at different times for different groups, for example Technical Support and/or Customer Service. You can only have one chatper group. Besides that, everything works really great, I'm completely satisfied with the software they offer.

Overall, Zendesk is an excellent piece of a help desk software service. You have access to several tools you can use to create a help board for your website or business, for example, tickets, forums, reviews, direct assistance, live chat, etc. It is amazing, I definitely recommend it! Be sure to give it a try because Zendesk is one of the best within this industry.
