So it's essential to provide a timely assistance in a platform which makes them comfortable to convey their problems. Since certain people are cautious and stringent in spending with the support team so it will be easier for them if it's a toll-free number or chat / email support. Zendesk provides the support through voice, email, chat and even through social media.

Paying a lot will definitely increase the hope of an excellent service with minor errors which is true with the zendesk too. It had flaws with its spam controller, integrations tools, especially with the salesforce. It will take some time to figure out its nature of the process in utilising its tools. Definitely, it's worthy to invest your time in learning about the zendesk.

We do take care of accounts of our clients so I had a chance to know about my client that he is paying thousands of dollars with zendesk but he has only 15 agents so it's costlier for him, but it's hard for us to suggest to either increase his team or change the service. However to retain his present customers and a hold the current reputation he definitely needs to continue with the zendesk.
