What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

Teamsupport helps to improve our customer service. They provide us simple CRM and scale ticketing software according to the business need. It is user-friendly and responsive. The best thing is that it is simple to use and customizable. It helps us to manage within the organization as well. The knowledge base is a good feature even. They help us to find a place to add our research finding and suggest our staff for that work. It can easily integrate with other applications like Oracle, Dropbox, Jira and Highrise. The tutorials and guides provide to understand this software easier for the non- technical user.

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

The Teamsupport have various features which could have been better. Many times, I had to refresh the page when I switched to different tickets. It slows down at that time. I have to reopen a new tab sometimes. The rating system should also be improved. Frequent pop-ups irritated me while I was doing another task. Even we do not find the direct link. The delay email notification makes my work worse. It is costly for the small or medium organization. It is suitable only for large one.

Overall Feedback

Teamsupport provides various benefit to improving our customer experience, understand customer much better, better reporting, increase agent efficiency, resolve ticket faster, improve bug tracking and customizable. The customer support service is great and responsive to solve our issues. Whether the customer uses email, phones or social site, this software provides a great customer experience to them. It also provides integrated screen recording, which is a better solution to our customers to eliminate confusion while dealing with this product. Teamsupport gives us the chance to get the service without any charge by their free trial on their site. I recommended everyone, especially large companies, to try this tool to make your business more profitable.
