What was the best part about using TeamSupport?

TeamSupport is adaptable for your necessities, and not hard to explore. I have found the Help Center VERY accommodating. I lean toward watching instructional exercises and TeamSupport has a plenitude of simple to take after surveys isolated into classes for simple access. I am as yet taking in the product, yet it is altogether sensible to be for the most part prepared just by utilizing their aides and instructional exercises. I like the straightforwardness of their tabs and pages and the adaptable elements.

What would you change about your experience with TeamSupport?

I dislike how the wiki has a few pop out screens making it somewhat difficult to peruse and that you can just sort one section at once. Some of the time I need to sort the greater part of my tickets of a specific sort and after that by the age of the ticket. I wish the popup with telephone numbers stayed up longer so I could dial the number totally without attempting to play find the stowaway with the popup. I would truly appreciate a region where you can transfer recordings or something in the learning base rather than just words and a couple pictures.

Set up the Knowledge base immediately, this will make noting the more "standard" demands considerably simpler. We executed in stages which offered us some assistance with understanding what was required without a considerable measure of duplication and re-setting of the framework instruments. We keep on making changes as we find new ways it can help us.
