Really helpful to have a media contact list that is constantly updated. It takes the pain out of calling each company when you need to update your media contact list. Pricing is quite good as well.

The part where if you accidentally close a tab without logging out, you're still counted as logged in. And only two other colleagues can access Supernewsroom in the meantime while you call Supernewsroom to reset your account. Not sure about the latest update, but there was once when we wanted to move our contacts on iContact to MyFavourites for easy mailing but were told it's not doable.

Overall, Supernewsroom is a helpful tool for PR practitioners who need media contacts quick. The iReport feature is really useful when you need to gauge who has received press releases and who has opened them.

The price. Value for money !!! It has everything I need to get my media work done and it does not cost a bomb.

Have not faced any problems yet. I don't have any improvement suggestions as well because every questioned I asked during the training was already addressed or being addressed.

The demo and training was simple and easy to follow. The software is user friendly. The software has reduced my media follow up workload by half. The favourite list option is a great way to streamline our media invites and press releases. The i-report is an awesome tool to keep track of everything in doing. The support from the vendor is great.

I believe it is still a developing product therefore sometimes you may face some errors/problems encountered for instance; the end-user experience and enhance more brand awareness to the crowds as this tool is pretty unique and new in Asia. Also, I wish they would have a more efficient and high-quality of the media monitoring to bid among the best PR's platform globally.

The media database is comprehensive and the features are pretty cool. Allows just a simple click and send press release, 'media RSVP and pitch to journalists. And I receive responses back in real time. It's pretty much a complete platform as it also tracks the published articles. So overall, a powerful tool for PR pros.

I think it can improve on the user experience. Like when composing emails to journalists, -and you want to jump to another page, the email disappears *sigh* Media monitoring is only for each campaign so would have been better if it could monitor brand mentions and not just specific press releases.

It seems it was developed by a PR firm in Malaysia- and I like that about it because every single feature in the platform solved my pain point. Overall 9/10
