What was the best part about using Supernewsroom ?

The media database is comprehensive and the features are pretty cool. Allows just a simple click and send press release, 'media RSVP and pitch to journalists. And I receive responses back in real time. It's pretty much a complete platform as it also tracks the published articles. So overall, a powerful tool for PR pros.

What would you change about your experience with Supernewsroom ?

I think it can improve on the user experience. Like when composing emails to journalists, -and you want to jump to another page, the email disappears *sigh* Media monitoring is only for each campaign so would have been better if it could monitor brand mentions and not just specific press releases.

Overall Feedback

It seems it was developed by a PR firm in Malaysia- and I like that about it because every single feature in the platform solved my pain point. Overall 9/10
