Supernewsroom

Really helpful to have a media contact list that is constantly updated. It takes the pain out of calling each company when you need to update your media contact list. Pricing is quite good as well.

The part where if you accidentally close a tab without logging out, you're still counted as logged in. And only two other colleagues can access Supernewsroom in the meantime while you call Supernewsroom to reset your account. Not sure about the latest update, but there was once when we wanted to move our contacts on iContact to MyFavourites for easy mailing but were told it's not doable.

Overall, Supernewsroom is a helpful tool for PR practitioners who need media contacts quick. The iReport feature is really useful when you need to gauge who has received press releases and who has opened them.
