Workflow automation , contact timelines, Email Integration ,case managements ,File Sharing ,Customer Interactions ,Real Time Sharing and Invoicing are very well supported by Sugar CRM as part of contact management.
Sales Collaboration ,Forecasting,Order Tracking ,Product Purchase Reports ,Inventory Management ,Sales Quotes ,Lead Generation ,Lead Follow-up ,Sales Automation are very well supported as part of Sales and marketing features.
Almost all critical features required as part of Sales and marketing is available in Sugar CRM
What would you change about your experience with SugarCRM?
"Maximum Storage Space that can be supported in Sugar CRM is 250 GB.
Also it can support up to maximum of 5 Departments which is one the main concern .
Dialing capabilities as part of contact management is also another concern which I need it from sales and marketing point of view.
Vendor Reports ,Email Marketing and Competitor Tracking is not available as part of sales and marketing features.
Embedded Helps support and creation of custom data fields like text and tag is also an another feature which I expected to have"
SugarCRM has good CRM Functionalities and it includes lot of sales and marketing functions to help further in strengthening the customer relationships. The Additional sales and marketing features are useful in tracking sales and even employee activities. When it comes to employee tracking activities, it supports all the functionalities.Another advantage is that mobile app gives you the liberty to interact with the clients regardless of where you are, hence accessible anywhere.SugarCRM is definitely a good CRM solution with excellent customer relation management Functionalities
