Sales Collaboration ,Forecasting,Order Tracking ,Product Purchase Reports ,Inventory Management ,Sales Quotes ,Lead Generation ,Lead Follow-up ,Sales Automation are very well supported as part of Sales and marketing features. Almost all critical features required as part of Sales and marketing is available in Sugar CRM "

"Maximum Storage Space that can be supported in Sugar CRM is 250 GB. Also it can support up to maximum of 5 Departments which is one the main concern . Dialing capabilities as part of contact management is also another concern which I need it from sales and marketing point of view. Vendor Reports ,Email Marketing and Competitor Tracking is not available as part of sales and marketing features. Embedded Helps support and creation of custom data fields like text and tag is also an another feature which I expected to have"
