The client technology department needs more training to make their work more effective. The user interface is so simple that it needs some advancement. I am a non-technical person and I got confused with their technical language. The contact and relationship management needs more improvement. Sometimes, the speed is so fast that it gets very hard to save it. The native bar is not there for phone set up. Even, the data related to mapping sale is difficult to understand. The search feature of Sugar tool is not constant which slow down my work.
