Absolutely. We don't have an iOS app that works with SmarterTrack, but the web interfaces was built to be mobile-friendly. You can use the customer facing portal and/or the management interface using any mobile browser. (more)

This is difficult to answer as it depends on what you mean by "set up". The installer takes just a few minutes, and that includes our installer automatically configuring an app pool and website in IIS for the customer portal and the management interface. Then it's a matter of setting up your Departments, Groups and Agents. So the actual installation process is about 5 minutes, but configuring SmarterTrack to fit your business rules can take longer.

SmarterTrack was built for a single agent -- we even offer a FREE version that will work, indefinitely, for a single agent -- or thousands of agents. So, there's really no minimum limit from the software or functionality side of things. (more)
