- The entry point for SmarterTrack Professional is 2 agents (no customer limits) and is priced at $199.00, one time. This includes 12 months of Maintenance and Support, which gives you all of the Builds released in that 12 months PLUS free technical support. At the end of that 12 months, you have the option to renew the product's Maintenance and Support for another 12 months at a heavily discounted price. However, you do NOT need to renew -- the product will continue to work indefinitely at the version and Edition you purchased.
