This is difficult to answer as it depends on what you mean by "set up". The installer takes just a few minutes, and that includes our installer automatically configuring an app pool and website in IIS for the customer portal and the management interface. Then it's a matter of setting up your Departments, Groups and Agents. So the actual installation process is about 5 minutes, but configuring SmarterTrack to fit your business rules can take longer. We DO offer demos and we can install the product for you. We can also offer advice on how to configure your Departments and Groups to help fit your business goals. Just contact us!
