Great question! Sherm has been designed by a safety professional with 20 years experience within industry. Caroline Kingston also has a background in ergonomics and understands the deign requirements for the end user. Sherm is an integrated management system tool and if there is something that a client wants within the application and it makes sense to implement, then we DO! And it won't cost the client anything. Sherm is currently being used across various industries throughout Australia and NZ. We are Australian owned, our server and support is in Australia.

Yes, you can use Sherm through your internet browser, i.e. Safari and Chrome that are installed on your phone and the once the mobile app is downloaded from either Google Play or iTunes, you can also access the mobile app that has been designed as a reporting tool for worker out in the field, which also provides them access to company documentation, their licences and certificates, the ability to complete workplace inspections and maintain their personal profile including their emergency contact details. Yes, full training is provided during the set up of your subscription to Sherm and support is available as and when required. Built in Sherm are help features also for users to refer to. Updates are provided to our clients with new features and email instruction provided on how to utilise the changes made. (more)

Absolutely! 1 day of training is provided to clients. This is done post configuration. Usually though the configuration is done with the client, so they are given training during this stage of set up. Alongside of this, our clients have access to their consultant who will provide support as required. The initial 1 day training provided to clients is to the administrator and ideally senior managers who can then support their teams.
Furthermore, the Sherm User Training has been developed for employees that can be uploaded and scheduled through the Sherm Training Module. (more)

Yes, Sherm requires both Flash and Java to be maintained by the user. Sherm requires internet and will operate on Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox. (more)
