SHERM FAQ

Absolutely! 1 day of training is provided to clients. This is done post configuration. Usually though the configuration is done with the client, so they are given training during this stage of set up. Alongside of this, our clients have access to their consultant who will provide support as required. The initial 1 day training provided to clients is to the administrator and ideally senior managers who can then support their teams. Furthermore, the Sherm User Training has been developed for employees that can be uploaded and scheduled through the Sherm Training Module.
