Great question! Sherm has been designed by a safety professional with 20 years experience within industry. Caroline Kingston also has a background in ergonomics and understands the deign requirements for the end user. Sherm is an integrated management system tool and if there is something that a client wants within the application and it makes sense to implement, then we DO! And it won't cost the client anything.
