What was the best part about using LastPass?
LastPass’s full functionality and useful automated password changing/sharing tool is the key to the softwares success – it syncs passwords across devices incredibly seamlessly, while it’s mobile app works like a charm. What I love about LastPass, is it’s high level of security and of course the ease of using it has never made me doubt of the software’s capability.
What would you change about your experience with LastPass?
I find there to be several key aspects that could be improved in LastPass. One of the main things I’d admonish on LastPass, is the default password generation settings (that I find too basic) and it’s hard to use the software when you have several accounts on a website. One another thing I find lacking in the system, is that whenever I use Chrome, it’s laggy and slow – of course, that might not be an universal issue. However, what I’d complain about the most, is the customer service. I mean, it’s truly awful! You can only contact them through email and it takes forever to get any answer. I don’t know if it has happened to anyone else, but that’s the case for me.
Overall Feedback
Though LastPass provides excellent level of security and it’s very easy to use, I find it still needs some improvement. However, when it comes to using it, it’s definitely useful for smaller businesses as well as it’s fairly inexpensive and therefore, it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try! Secure password sharing is worth it!
