LastPass

LastPass was the very first Identity management software I have used and I have later tried a few more but anyhow jumped back to this one as I could not find any other option as great and productive as this. If you are a person like me who find it difficult to memorise the password and often forget them, then LastPass is definitely an opportunity for you. It synchronises your passwords all over the gadgets but don't worry about security, they keep your credentials secure. Also, a separate extension is available for chrome. The mobile application available for android and iOS users is also equipped and works like a charm.

With my experience of several years on LastPass and my hand on other software too, I will say that LastPass genuinely needs to improve at many aspects to bring it to a neck to neck competition with all the other options in this category of software. A few bugs present like slow and lagging speed while using on chrome. The most I hate about LastPass is their awful customer support. They do not provide any option of contacting via calls and the only option available is via email. Even via email they take ages to reply you with assistance and even the solutions are not always satisfactory.

Though the free version cannot give you the full insight of the software as the pro version includes a lot of features than free version but you may anyways give it a try before spending money on it. You have not to worry about learning the tool as they avail the new customers with a startup guide and a user manual is provided to go through it at any point of time to know about any feature. It's inexpensive pricing makes it befitting for small businesses. I will truly suggest it to all for your companies.
