The most common cause of this error is that the source PDF file may be damaged. To fix this problem, try returning to where you got the PDF document and try re-downloading the document or regenerating it. If you cannot do so or doing this does not solve the problem, please send us an email with the file attached to [email protected] and we will try to determine the cause and see if it can be repaired.
