Able2Extract Professional 15 is a cross-platform PDF tool. It is a PDF converter, creator, and editor. It can convert PDF data to and from over 10 formats. Able2Extract can sign PDFs and is also a PDF forms filler, editor and creator. Users can custom convert PDF to Excel. The PDF suite also allows you to insert bates numbering, add blank PDF pages, annotate and redact PDFs, edit PDF text, add images and more. The ribbon-style menu and toolbar streamlines PDF tasks, grouping the relevant PDF tools together. Working with the toolbar is the new Side Panel that offers settings to customize your PDF operations. The brand new Start page provides access to tutorials, interface customizations and recent files. Additionally, light and dark themes are supported, allowing you to change the interface appearance. Moreover, the interface supports French, Spanish and German languages. The OCR engine can convert scanned PDFs that are in those languages, as well. Able2Extract’s new Batch PDF Creator tool lets you mass create PDFs from multiple formats. The Batch PDF Converter tool now supports PDF to HTML output and can filter file types from any uploaded directories. Each batch PDF tool can merge their PDF conversion and PDF creation results into a single output format. The Custom Excel feature lets users apply header, footer and text splitting options for individual PDF table structures. Some additional features include the ability to create PDFs from blank pages, split documents into even parts and search through documents faster.
