What was the best part about using Heeduser?

This software helps you empower customers and facilitate community around your brand and business in a number of valuable ways which would ultimately lead to more engagement and better conversions. The software is powered through a simple widget embedded on your website. You can obtain customer feedback directly as well offer instant help within a customer centric community allowing your visitors to share questions, issues and ideas. The community can be left public so previous replies and solutions can help empower future visitors and prospects which helps your brand be as transparent as possible. This also allows your prospects and customers get answers before reaching out to your support team which cuts down on the responses required and the time costs associated with this. It gives your visitors an opportunity to have a better quality presales experience which would lead to better sales conversions as well. It's a great way to leverage the feedback you're given in order to improve your products and services. There is a news feature where you can keep prospects and customer informed of new updates while enabling topics to be tagged and shared across social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+. The feedback editor allows for rich content editing as well as videos to be embedded and posts can be categorized, tagged and voted on. As an admin you can control user roles, announcements and news, topic status with access to analytics. You can also customize your widget header and footer and use CSS to adapt the theme to suit your branding, integrate Google Analytics and utilize a single sign on with domain aliasing which is great.

What would you change about your experience with Heeduser?

Perhaps there could be more of customer relationship management approach with a bit better user profiling possible to make this more of a sales tool than it currently is. And I believe it would be useful to enable attachments to the widget in order to save time in instances when screenshots or other media is necessary to share between customers and agents.

Overall Feedback

In terms of what this software sets out to accomplish this software does everything very well and the pricing is very reasonable. In fact, their pricing at thirty five dollars per month which includes unlimited, categories, employees, moderators and agents, news and announcements as well as access with no contracts is outstanding. I believe this company is leaving money on the table with their current pricing plan so it's certainly something to be taken advantage of in your business. This is an easy way to greatly increase engagement of customers and prospects as well as leverage feedback in order to improve your business. In this sense it acts like a market research tool as well. I am impressed with just about everything about it and believe this software deserves more visibility so thought to leave a review about it hoping others will discover it as well.
