What was the best part about using Heeduser?

Heeduser is a tool that I have been looking forward for and the service they provide is wonderful and the customer support team is extremely responsive and they are always available to support you whenever you need them at your disposal. They have a pretty good turnaround time which is great to use.

What would you change about your experience with Heeduser?

The tool is great to work with and I do not have a huge think to dislike but the minor thing that worries me a lot is the customization of the user interface which as mentioned before is not a major worry but it is something I would like to see a great change on.

Overall Feedback

Heeduser allows you to create new surveys with ease and also allows you to make changes to the existing survey with ease and the software has a great user friendly interface but it is still nice to see them work on it to make it much more user friendly than before.
