Overall, the software will can help you to empower your customers and facilitate the community around to lead a better conversation. The users feedback is very leveraging that can be one of the sources that can be used in the development of the software. The software is very responsive and updated. You can also customize your widget header and footer into CSS program. Amazing!

For me, this is the best and fantastic software available in the market. Though I am still hoping that the manufacturer will be still, continue to upgrade new features, this software is very helpful. The price is all worth it, and the features are great and effective. They just need to improve the availability of their customer service.
