Possibly. We're always interested in ideas from clients about how to make the software better. If a client has an idea that would potentially benefit other clients as well we'll usually try to develop that feature and make it available to all users. That way all clients get the benefit and the client that requested it does not have to pay for custom development.
Thank you for asking. We'd love to hear what you have in mind. (more)

Generally by the time people have used the free trial and are ready to proceed with the full version they're already very familiar with how things work, but we're always happy to help with additional training and support.
Our clients have told us they're not interested in onsite training (expensive and disruptive) or marathon online sessions (easily forgotten). Instead they just use the software, which they tell us is very easy to use and "discoverable", calling when they have specific questions... and sometimes just to say "hey, we're slow here today, can you show us something cool we might not be using?"
Thanks for asking. We'd love to work with you. (more)

Thank you for the question. Typically our support department connects using GoToAssist and does the installation, which takes about thirty minutes. Afterwards they will work with you on the configuration or you can use the configuration assistant, either of which takes maybe half an hour. (more)

No. POS that is truly designed and optimized for real florists is a little different than what you see in other retail. Flower orders involve a lot of data entry (card messages, names, addresses, etc.) and need a real keyboard.
With that in mind our focus is on providing the best possible experience on Windows and Mac OS X. (more)
