Thank you for the question. Typically our support department connects using GoToAssist and does the installation, which takes about thirty minutes. Afterwards they will work with you on the configuration or you can use the configuration assistant, either of which takes maybe half an hour.
How much time does it take to set up FloristWare? Do you provide any implementation assistance?
