What was the best part about using Bitrix24?
Bitrix24 is a free open source tool. Using it we can directly upload data from our PDF invoices and it captures all the data we need so we do not have to manually enter this in. Also, I like the feature that shows our sales by product, type, and customer so that we would know which are our most successful products.
What would you change about your experience with Bitrix24?
The platform is good, but I can't unfortunately say the same about the support team. It leaves a lot to be desired. I've experienced lack of support and could not find any answers in the available tutorials. The problems may seem minor, but without some basic guidance they become quite difficult to solve.
Bitrix24 is a social collaboration and communications platform. I think it is a powerful CRM software especially suitable for small businesses, where we have the tasks, companies, contacts, drive, ability to quickly communicate, even a cellphone in one place. Having everything in one place is the major benefit of the platform, I think. I actually really like the interface and many of the features. I found it fairly easy to navigate and it had almost everything I needed to organize my company. Unfortunately, I've found the support team inefficient, and that's one of the major drawbacks of any product. I would recommend Bitrix24 to anyone who is interested in learning more about their business as this product can probably improve most small business workflow, provided they have own resources to maintain the platform.
