Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is a comprehensive suite of business software which is available for free up to teams of twelve and offer outstanding value for small businesses. Having signed up for a hands on experience with several hundred software in the last few weeks I can appreciate a company which has the verification email as quickly as you click submit and then your email tab. There it was already waiting less than three seconds I would say. Impressive considering just two days I noted a seventeen minute wait for a trial for a similar software which did not work both times I tried to do so with my business email. It was pretty hilarious. Anyhow, that's simply a great start to a free software that can really help you grow sales and keep business operations best organized by having so many other elements possible from in your Bitrix24 account. I just went through the features list to compare their plans and there is not one feature I feel in the free plan which makes you go 'doh!' there's the catch. It's not there and I can understand the items which are left out of the free plan. That's fine and totally fair enough. The best thing here is having this much fully functional capabilities as a small business owner which can empower you and a small team as well as streamline operations which increases productivity and overall team efficiency ultimately leading to better sales rates and more revenue earned. Bitrix24 is a thing of beauty really when you think about how much you can do in one single location for your business. For free. It's absolutely incredible and I have doing the rounds of business software lately to get to know the best of breed for our new start up. There are so many I have not had an opportunity to experience yet but as far as overall free specialized value goes Bitrix24 makes Top Software list under the free category for sure. And is the most comprehensive SAAS to make this list, I believe. HubSpot is the only other CRM on the list it's totally awesome in terms of design and functionality in my opinion the best there is. But another customer relationship manager software just made the list with this much value in addition to a CRM. The amount of integrations which you can sync up to in a few clicks is awesome. There are several for each of the dozen or so categories which are there.

DISLIKE The user interface is quite busy but it's not too bad. I can envision getting into quite a good workflow using this system. I believe the learning curve would be acceptable in the sense that I feel the speed to market wouldn't be hindered while basically jumping into this system without having to prepare for weeks in advance. You can import and export data into the free version which is terrific so basically you really can get going I am confident that within a full day of working with or a couple at most you could become proficient with your dashboard and the features. I noticed you can also remove modules from your menu very easily so it is possible to streamline the whole account in this way which makes it a lot more appealing aesthetically and easier to focus on the task at hand in my opinion. I understand though haven't experienced first hand yet that the task management can become quite complicated and is not as advanced and simple to use as other programs which is okay by me I use the new BaseCamp 3 for this type of deal anyhow.

With this software you are able to accomplish much more than a simple internal portal or intranet as they bill it. To me, the ability to use this software for so many other aspects of your business is stellar and I don't throw around that word too much. You have the CRM, human capital management, team management, file sharing, instant communication, analytic reporting and quite a bit more free. Along with a ton of ways to integrate what you need including Zapier the app with over five hundred integrations possible in addition the couple dozen which are already there for free. That's awesome value and despite HubSpot CRM having my favorite selection for our start up moving forward I have to say that there's a good reason to keep Bitrix24 in mind for it's features, integrations and price most certainly.
