I like to know what I am buying before spending my money on a product and it is hard to pay for a product when you have no idea if you are going to like it or if it will fulfill your needs. This is especially when Bitrix24 has many competitors that do offer free trails. People may try the other products because of the trial and bypass Bitrix24.
