What was the best part about using Agiloft?
As far as the competition goes, I expected Agiloft to provide a very decent software for creating my own business' help desk. It's true that Agiloft offers a lot more than simple help desk software, but they're just an average company for that area. You do have a very decent tool for almost every type of organization that needs to set up a decent and functional help desk, but what I can say is that I'm not that satisfied.
What would you change about your experience with Agiloft?
There are not many issues to address here, but some that might be worth mentioning include the system's performance itself, which is quite slow. And the user interface is not that great. The other thing I should mention is the slow-ish reporting system, and with that said, I really think Agiloft needs to focus on improving that, because their platform is far away from those better ones. But other than that, everything else was absolutely fine.
Overall Feedback
Apart from the amazing reliability you have when working with Agiloft, it's clear that they should make some minor improvements to beat the competition. But unfortunately, I have to say that they look and feel average, as far as help desk software goes. I do think Agiloft is good, as far as all other services go - and yes, their help desk software was at least useful. But overall, I think you can find quite a lot of better alternatives to these guys.
